About the founder

For over 27 years, I worked with some of the world’s most dynamic organizations, including 15 years in Microsoft, where I built and scaled international talent teams across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and beyond. I had the privilege of helping companies expand into new markets, grow their leadership pipelines, and transform their HR functions into true engines of business growth.
But along the way, I noticed a pattern. Startups and growing businesses had brilliant ideas, bold visions, and hungry markets — yet many struggled to scale because they didn’t have the right people or leadership structures in place. Too often, they waited until it was too late.
That’s why I founded NextWave – HR and Leadership Accelerator.
