For over 27 years, I worked with some of the world’s most dynamic organizations, including 15 years in Microsoft, where I built and scaled international talent teams across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and beyond. I had the privilege of helping companies expand into new markets, grow their leadership pipelines, and transform their HR functions into true engines of business growth.

But along the way, I noticed a pattern. Startups and growing businesses had brilliant ideas, bold visions, and hungry markets — yet many struggled to scale because they didn’t have the right people or leadership structures in place. Too often, they waited until it was too late.

That’s why I founded NextWave – HR and Leadership Accelerator.

NextWave is built on the belief that people strategy should move at the same speed as business strategy. We partner with founders and CEOs to accelerate growth by transforming HR, building resilient leadership teams, and even stepping in as fractional leaders when needed.

I bring together a unique mix of corporate expertise, executive search experience, and advisory work with high-growth companies. My mission is simple: to help businesses unlock the full potential of their people — because when people grow, companies grow.
